The US Edge: Strength & Conditioning Series

Give your athlete the US Edge with our 5-week Strength & Conditioning Program led by 成人福利精品l’s Strength & Conditioning Coach, Carlo Alvarez. Open to boys in grades 6–8 in the greater Cleveland community, this program builds strength, speed, agility, and confidence for athletes in every sport.

Attendance at every date is not required—if your athlete can’t make all the dates, don’t let that stop you from signing up. Come when you can and take advantage of the training that works for your schedule!
